David Durst

MS, CIH, CSP, CAC, CPEA

David Durst is Senior Vice President and Principal Industrial Hygienist for NES. He has more than 25 years of comprehensive industrial hygiene experience included serving as Director of Corporate Health & Safety for a nationwide environmental engineering firm. Duties included program development and supervising industrial hygienists, environmental scientists, technicians and managing health & safety risks. He has managed fixed site health and safety programs for the aerospace and defense industries; served as a health and safety consultant throughout the United States; been responsible for project design and management of hazardous material investigations; designed and managed both national and international health and safety program components for superfund site investigations and remediation projects. Mr. Durst has provided training to thousands of law enforcement personnel in clandestine lab safety operations for the Drug Enforcement Administration, and other law enforcement agencies. He has taught several industrial hygiene related courses for the University of California at Davis. Mr. Durst provides expert witness testimony and technical support for microbial cases, indoor air quality, clandestine laboratory cases and occupational, safety & health cases. Mr. Durst is a past president of the American Industrial Hygiene Association Local Section and serves on the AIHA's Methamphetamine Working Group.

John Boll

REA, CPEA

Director, EH&S Services. Mr. Boll is a State of California, Registered Environmental Assessor, and a Board Certified Environmental Auditor, with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Boll is responsible for developing and managing key client accounts, developing business opportunities, providing quality assurance and quality control oversight on EH&S projects, and mentoring professional staff of environmental scientists and engineers.

Richard Bohrer

CIH

Rich Bohrer is a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at NES. He has more than 30 years of experience which included serving as corporate Health and Safety Director for a nationwide engineering, consulting firm, as well as Safety Manager for manufacturing operations. He has served as on-site Health and Safety Manager for several large HazMat emergency responses, preparing the Site Specific Health and Safety Plans, and monitoring on-site activities for compliance, and safe work practices. He has taught health and safety classes for the University of Southern California Institute of Safety and Systems Management, and developed and presented classes in the areas of industrial hygiene, ergonomics, HazMat operations (including HAZWOPER courses), radiation safety, chemical safety and behavior based safety programs.
