Hazardous Waste Management Training
Title 22/RCRA (Advanced)
This two–day Title 22/RCRA compliance course is our most thorough hazardous waste management program. The course covers record keeping and general management requirements, the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest System, hazardous waste identification and classification, container management, Land Disposal Restrictions, Tiered Permitting, SB14, the Unified Program and U.S. DOT regulations affecting hazardous waste generators in California. Requires annual Hazardous Waste Generator training to maintain certification. Students will receive a comprehensive course manual.
Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act
This 2-hour training program was developed for facility owners/operators that store more than 1,320 gallons of petroleum products at their facility. The training program will compare APSA and SPCC regulations, and focus on state regulatory requirements.
Title 22/RCRA (Basic/Refresher)
This course gives a general understanding of the basics of hazardous waste management. The course covers record keeping and management, tiered permitting, container and tank management requirements, hazardous waste shipping requirements, Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR), on–site treatment and more! Students will receive a printed copy of the PowerPoint presentation, and regulations updates.
Universal Waste Management
This 2-hour training program is designed for personnel who manage, or supervise those who manage Universal Waste. This training was developed to satisfy the training requirements outlined in Title 22 CCR 66273.36.
