Objectives
This program covers the California Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) regulations in conjunction with the federal Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) rule for facilities that store more than 1,320 gallons of petroleum products on-site. The training will cover the scope and comparison of the APSA and SPCC regulations, applicability, SPCC plan components, containment and CUPA expectations. Participants will receive a course handout, record of training and completion certificate.
