Who Should Attend
Employees and supervisors responsible for managing hazardous waste. This advanced course is a must if you generate, handle, transport, store, treat or dispose of hazardous wastes in California.

Objectives
Provide an understanding of fundamental California hazardous waste management requirements for generators of hazardous waste. This course also includes selected DOT requirements that pertain to hazardous waste management and transportation. Training complies with 22 CCR, Section 66265.16 (except training on your facility Contingency Plan).

Overview
This two–day Title 22/RCRA compliance course is our most thorough hazardous waste management program. The course covers record keeping and general management requirements, the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest System, hazardous waste identification and classification, container management, Land Disposal Restrictions, Tiered Permitting, SB14, the Unified Program and U.S. DOT regulations affecting hazardous waste generators in California. Requires annual Hazardous Waste Generator training to maintain certification. Students will receive a comprehensive course manual.
