An integral part of the company since 1999, Donald Rothenbaum has over 43 years of experience providing diverse environmental consulting services and training to a variety of clients. His responsibilities include the principal oversight of environmental health and safety consulting projects and providing environmental management services to a broad range of industrial, commercial, and public sector clients.
Mr. Rothenbaum is a principal instructor for NES, Inc. (NES), teaching courses in hazardous waste management, operations, and emergency response, as well as a variety of other environmental health and safety courses. He also teaches clandestine laboratory safety to more than 1000 law enforcement and fire agency personnel each year at the DEA Justice Training Center, Midwest Counterdrug Training Institute, and other law enforcement agencies throughout the United States and internationally.
Mr. Rothenbaum has technical expertise in the management of remedial investigations, environmental compliance assessments, hazardous material business plans, stormwater quality studies, RCRA closures, CEQA compliance, and environmental compliance and management system audits. He has project management and field experience with environmental clean-up projects and emergency response activities dealing with a variety of chemical releases.
