(NES). Mr. Braden has decades of broad-based experience in project management, multimedia environmental consulting (air, water, waste, and SARA programs), Risk Management Plans (RMPs), air and water permit applications/compliance programs, MACT standards applicability and implementation programs, and soil and groundwater remediation projects. His multidisciplinary engineering experience and hands-on regulatory, safety, and chemical plant and refinery operations experience allows him to relate to and successfully manage multifaceted projects.

Mr. Braden’s project management expertise includes air and water pollution control and permitting projects, multimedia regulatory audits and compliance programs, emission inventory calculations and reporting, multimedia (air, water, waste, SARA) annual reports, Title V permitting and compliance programs, environmental management information systems, complex emission inventories, and MACT standards applicability determinations and compliance programs. He has managed multimillion-dollar construction projects as well as RI/FS and remediation projects on behalf of Fortune 100 clients.

Mr. Braden has conducted regulatory applicability determinations for air, water, waste and multi-media environmental regulations for chemical plants and refineries, established compliance programs, and conducted a wide range of program and safety audits. His experience with MACT Standards (e.g., HON, MON, Pharmaceutical, HCL, Refinery, and LDAR) and the Benzene NESHAP includes applicability assessments, compliance audits, identification of facility-specific requirements, on-site implementation of compliance programs, and deviation reporting. Mr. Braden has completed hundreds of projects at chemical plants, refineries, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, computer component manufacturers, power plants, data centers, and chemical distributors. He has led OSHA safety reviews, conducted safety training, participated in EH&S audits, prepared Health and Safety Plans, and completed numerous safe work permits.

Mr. Braden has also prepared SWPPPs and wastewater discharge permit applications and compliance programs and has conducted regulatory compliance audits of wastewater pretreatment facilities. He has prepared SPCC Plans, designed surface containment structures for well pads, surface impoundments, and structures to comply with the EPA SPCC program, and managed remediation projects for PCB-contaminated soil and BTEX-contaminated groundwater. Additionally, Mr. Braden has experience with fugitive emissions and leak detection and repair (LDAR) programs.
