Weekly Safety Topic: Stretching

The 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio have recently come to their conclusion, and what an historic event it was! Olympians seemed to fly, records fell, and tears flowed (some joyous, some bitter). • – decrease the risk of injury
  • – improve posture
  • – promote an elevated mood
