(NES). He is a certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) with a professional background that spans over 40 years across various safety-related and construction industry fields, including tunnel, mining, heavy equipment, cranes & rigging, and dredging operations as well as commercial vehicle fleet management and inspections. He is certified in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, Crane Safety, Lead Awareness, Fall Protection, and Confined Space programs, among numerous others.

Mr. Cholewinski has served as Site Superintendent for various tunnel, spillway, railroad, and paving projects and has developed and managed company and project safety programs for a diverse range of construction businesses. He was Primary Safety Lead during the Folsom Dam Spillway Renovation Project, where he performed safety oversight of crane operations for compliance with USACE 385-1-1 regulations, dredging operations on Folsom Lake, water safety procedures, underwater tainter gate placement, and a range of other heavy equipment functions. He worked as Night Safety Lead at the Oroville Spillway, conducting safety observations and staff audits, maintaining crew logs, and preparing, reviewing, and presenting JHAs.

Mr. Cholewinski has performed in the role of Primary Safety Oversight for a major offshore environmental remediation operation, overseeing mechanical dredging, drilling, In-Situ Soil Stabilization/Solidification (ISS), water rescue protocol training, mud & core sampling, and the placement of turbidity curtains in San Francisco Bay.
