Objective: Prepare regulatory personnel to safely enter and assess cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing operations
Target Personnel: Environmental health inspectors/regulators and other personnel who will be visiting cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing sites for the purpose of performing site audits
Overview: Incorporating many of the same health & safety elements included in the Cannabis Operations Hazards & Safety for Law Enforcement program, this specialized program also addresses the regulatory considerations and inspection protocols that personnel should consider when working at cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing operations. Course participants will leave this training with a greater understanding of the regulated cannabis industry, their role within it, and how to professionally and safely conduct a cannabis site inspection.
