This two-day hazardous waste management compliance course is our most thorough hazardous waste management program and provides an in-depth understanding of fundamental California, and applicable federal, hazardous waste management requirements for small and large quantity generators. The course will cover determining your generator status, recordkeeping and general management requirements, EPA’s e-Manifest system (implemented June 30, 2018), hazardous waste identification and classification, facility standards, container and tank management, land disposal restrictions, tiered permitting, California’s waste minimization program (SB 14), the Unified Program, and an overview of DOT regulations affecting hazardous waste shipments for generators in California.
