Objective: Review the current trends, hazards, and OSHA regulations for cannabis operations to satisfy the HAZWOPER (29 CFR 1910.120) annual refresher requirement

Target Personnel: Law enforcement, environmental health inspectors/regulators, state parks employees, Forest Service agents, and other personnel who are involved in entering, assessing, and/or dismantling cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing sites

Prerequisites: 40-Hour Illicit Cannabis Operations HAZWOPER Safety training; medically cleared to wear respiratory protection; clean-shaven if being fit tested
