This two-day course covers the hazards that both regulatory agency and law enforcement personnel may encounter when working in and around indoor/outdoor grow and extraction operations.
NES has utilized its many knowledgeable law enforcement instructors, as well as international experts in marijuana grow house operations, to develop a course that will better prepare law enforcement personnel to safely respond to and dismantle indoor grow houses and outdoor grow sites. NES has provided this Marijuana Grow Hazards Safety training for state and local law enforcement for the past 18 years. As California legalizes and regulates the marijuana industry, regulatory agencies will need to train their personnel on how to identify, recognize, and protect themselves from the physical and chemical hazards inherent to many marijuana cultivation and extraction operations. This two-day course covers the hazards that regulatory agency and law enforcement personnel may encounter when working in and around indoor/outdoor grow and extraction operations.
This course covers grow house investigative techniques and operations, chemical and physical hazards (fertilizers, electricity, mold, etc.), the personal protective equipment and techniques necessary during response and dismantling as well as proper disposal procedures.
